THE PANAGTAGBO founder and main convenor
The Panagtagbo (formerly www.thepanagtagbo.com) is an independent art platform that began as a digital archive of literary works and visual media from creatives mainly coming from the island of Mindanao. It became a digital footprint for any artist to appear in a website in lieu of their own.
Offshoots
Eventually, The Panagtagbo broke ground by partnering with Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival to mount art events in the genre of the strange and the awesome. The partnership was made possible by passionate volunteers on the ground and supporters of the arts.
The Panagtagbo has also been featured by the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Dakila PH, and Adobo Magazine.
